Bootylen Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our products. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Guidelines:

Order Number: All returns require the original order number, which can be found below the confirmation number on your invoice.

Invoice Form: Please attach the invoice form included in the package you received.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with shrink wrap intact.

Return Deadline: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

US Fulfillment Center Returns: If you are returning an item to our US Fulfillment Center, please email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or prepaid return label.

RMA Number: Please clearly write your RMA number on the outside of your return package. Orders without an RMA number may be returned to the sender.

Returns & Refunds:

Unused Items: Unused merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed less shipping costs.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the returned item arriving at our fulfillment center and inspected.

All digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

Return to Sender (RTS) Orders:

For orders returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or uncollected package, we will process a refund once the item is returned to our fulfillment center. However, since the shipping service has been completed, shipping costs are not refundable in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that items received by Bootylen will not be returned and may be refused if any of the following conditions are met:

Items not purchased directly from Bootylen (for items purchased from Amazon or third parties, please return through the original platform).

Items that show signs of tampering, customization, or alteration.

Items that are physically damaged.

Used items.
