Wonderful Original 1930s Volup Vintage Chocolate Brown Asymmetrical Cardigan Blazer

This stunning blazer was made from a soft chocolate brown felted wool in the 1930s. It was cut in a straight cardigan style with an asymmetric five button fastening and wonderful gathered peaked shoulders. The buttons are covered with contrasting tan coloured jersey fabric, which has also been used for piping which runs in two lines around the entire jacket at the waist as well as trimming the cuffs, neckline and placket. Inside, the blazer is unlined and has no maker’s labels.

The jacket is in very good condition with only some slight wear to the jersey at the trim and buttons as pictured.
