This form of Salvia microphylla is a full, mounding and spreading plant 2-3' tall and wide with attractive shiny green, broad-oval leaves up to one inch long. Flowers summer to fall, with large purplish magenta flowers. Full sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, clay, heat and drought tolerant once established. Deer and rabbit resistant.
