The Rising (Pechuga)

Our Founder’s Reserve Collection debut release, THE RISING, is a traditional Pechuga distilled from our award-winning Espadín, distilled with an abundance of season fruits and nuts, as well as a ‘pechuga de guajalote’ (wild turkey breast) in the second distillation.

The result is a velvety, aromatic mezcal with layers of spice, citrus, and roasted depth.
