1940s Black wool & Astrakhan collar princess coat - Small

The most gorgeous late 1940s princess coat in what feels like a wool/cashmere mix of blackest black, lined in silk satin, with satin-lined pockets. With dramatic wide collar of astrakhan, which is able to be worn raised for instant vamp realness. Double breasted button front, beautifully flared ‘skirt’, and all constructed to the highest tailor-made standard. A really special piece!

Truly fantastic condition, minor minor condition notes; v small blemish to lining from too hot an iron perhaps? Seen in the lining pic, but practically negligible. Part of the fur is more of a deep brown shade, not from wear just naturally, and barely noticeable on. Clean and ready to wear
